'Our son Tommy has only been at Treetops a fairly short time but we wish with all our hearts that we did the move sooner. Oh well, the Amazing is definitely worth the wait. He is far happier and settled far better than he ever was or did in his fifteen years at his previous school. Furthermore, we are much more happier than we have ever been sending our son out into the world. We have never trusted anyone outside our family totally with Tommy but not only do we wholeheartedly trust the wonderful staff at Treetops, we consider them a new extension to our family.

Tracey Harding is an amazing woman whose passion to provide a exemplary service for our young people flows out in abundance. The outstanding team around her go above and beyond the call of duty always for our loved ones.

Our son Tommy is a much happier young man these days and we attribute this to the time the staff at Treetops have taken to get to know everything about him.

Tommy had never really fitted into the outside world, sorry let's correct that, the outside world has never really fitted to Tommy but finally he's somewhere that fits perfectly like a glove. Somewhere he can just be the awesome dude he is.

We utterly appreciate the Treetops gang and everything they do!'

​'Years ago, when we were first looking at Day Centres for Louis to attend, we were so disheartened by the whole experience. Nothing was right for Louis, and we would come out and know we couldn't send him there! We were at the point where we wanted to give up... Then a friend suggested we take a look at Treetops, it was in a small hall in Rainham, at the time and Louis loved it as soon as we stepped through the door, as did we. The staff make everything fun, and always have a wide variety of ideas to suit everyone, and all abilities, it's very inclusive. 

 

As a family we are so thankful for all the staff looking out for Louis, especially over the last few years (lockdowns, my health issues etc) 

Louis always has the best time at Treetops, he always comes home laughing about his day (although when we ask what he’s done, he usually just hands us his red diary, and says he doesn't know!!!)  he has built some lovely friendships there. 

 

There is always something special going on, and I love how we are all kept up to date with everything, from new floors to discos... there's never a dull moment.'
