In 2020 Tracey opened a Second-Hand Clothes Shop in Collier Row. Daisy Chain's Boutique originally came from Treetops Independence House. It all started in a small outbuilding were a group of our clients would go up to the house daily and learn retail skills. We had a lot of success from running Daisy Chain's that's when we decided to look into getting a shop that the public can visit. We have had great success from running Daisy Chain's at Collier Row and our service users are enjoying dealing with the public and learning about retail. Daisy Chain's sells clothing for all ages. On offer are shoes, hats, scarfs, evening dresses and wedding dresses. This has been a great learning experience for our clients they are learning skills such as customer service, till training, presentation, advertising, selling clothes online and dealing with the public. There is a yearly course that has specifically been designed for Daisy Chain's which includes 12 modules. Each module is done over the course of a month a few of the modules are; Planning for an open day, Advertising, Till Training, Clothes Sizing, Laundry etc.

Due to the pandemic we had to unfortunately move Daisy Chain's back to The Billericay House. This has opened up great opportunities for our service users to create their own products to sell here. Some of our clients have been creating products such as; Tie Dye Items, Handmade Lanterns, Canvases, we have also planted flowers and vegetables to sell. We will also be arranging an Open Day where our service users will be working in the shop and serving the public. This has enabled our clients to widen their retail skills by making the products they sell. We now have a Vinted account where the clients take pictures and sell the clothing raising money for Treetops our account is preloveddaisychains
